Procedure
Today, I studied about "Procedure". Procedure meant procedure about cooking in this lesson. This lesson made me to know procedure of cooking , ingredient and cooking equipment. I got knowledge about cooking e.g. how to make a Banana Shake such as ingredient : 1/2 glass milk, 1 banana, 1 egg, 2 scoops ice cream, pitcher(jug), bowl, fork, glass and method : Step 1 Pour the milk into the pitcher. Step 2 Carefully break the egg into the milk. Step 3 Peel the banana and mash it with a fork in the bowl. Step 4 Add the banana to the milk. Step 5 Add the ice cream. Step 6 Beat the mixture with the fork until it is smooth. Step 7 Pour the mixture into the glass. Step 8 Clean up the mess and step 9 drink your banana shake. How to make a Recipe for Banana Cake such as ingredient : 125g butter, softened, 1 1/2 cup castor sugar, 2 eggs(60g), beaten, 1 cup(approx. 2 large) ripe bananas, mashed, 5 drops vanilla, 250g plain flour, 1 tsp bi-card soda, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp allspice, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp lemon juice and method : Step 1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Butter and line a square cake tin. Step 2 Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Step 3 Beat in eggs, babanas and vanilla. Step 4 Sift the dry ingredients together. Step 5 Mix together the milk and lemon juice. Step 6 Alternating, add the dry ingredients and the milk, beating between each addition. Step 7 Bake in the oven for approximately 45 mins or until a skewer comes out clean and step 8 rest in the tin for 5 mintues before turning out a wire rack to cool. And how to make a Chicken Soup such as ingredient : 2 tbs olive oil, 1 medium onion, finely chopped, 1 medium carrot, diced, 1 large stick celery, thinly sliced, 1 medium potato, peeled and diced, 6 cups(1.5 litres) chicken stock, 300g chicken breast fillets, diced, 50g dried spaghettini pasta, broken into 5cm pieces, 2 tbs chopped parsley leaves, thick wholegrain toast, to serve and method : Step 1 Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat until hot. Add onion and cook, strring often, for 3 minutes. Add carrot, celery and potato and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes. Step 2 Add stork, cover and bring to the boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add chicken and pasta, partially cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Step 3 : Stir through parsley. Season to taste. Ladle soup into serving bowls and serve with wholegrain toast. Especially, how to make a Omelette recipe such as ingredient : 2 large eggs, preferably free-range or organic, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, a small knob of butter, optional: a small handful of grated Cheddar cheese and method : Step 1 Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper. Step 2 Beat well with a fork. Step 3 Put a small frying pan on a low heat and let it get hot, add a small knob of butter. Step 4 When the butter has melted and is bubbling, add your eggs and move the pan around to spread them out evenly. Step 5 When the omelette begins to cook and firm up, but still has a little raw egg on top, sprinkle over the Cheddar, if using (I sometimes grate mine directly on to the omelette). Step 6 Ease around the edge of the omelette with a spatula, then fold it in half and step 7 When it starts to turn golden brown underneath, remove the pan from the heat and slide the omelette on to a plate. It a wonderful because it had procedure which unique. It is delicious. This lesson taught to give me can sort of process of cooking. I loved this lesson because this lesson made me have enjoy and happy when studied about cooking. I liked cooking.
